Will – Field Technician (Chandler)
Will began his career at KTS over 5 years ago, bringing his diploma from UTI and several certifications. He’s a valuable member of the team, providing excellent communication to customers and using his organizational skills to make sure customer repairs are completed quickly and efficiently. Will takes pleasure in working on a range of medium to heavy-duty engine repairs and has a passion for welding. You can find Will fishing, camping or going to the movies when he’s taking a break from work.

Allen – Field Technician (Phoenix)
Allen is a third-generation diesel technician who went on to attend and graduate from UTI. He then gained experience at other employers and found a home at KTS 2 years ago. His favorite jobs focus on engine bay work because it allows him to challenge himself, demonstrate KTS’s core value of persistence, and provide satisfaction when the unit is back on the road and the customer is back to what they do best. His desire to expand his knowledge in diesel repair is ongoing and exhibited by the CDL he’s gained while at KTS as it deepens his knowledge of customer needs. His favorite thing to do outside of work is spending time with his family and woodworking projects. He’s even crafted a traditional Hawaiian ukulele following again, in his grandfather’s passions.

Sasha – Operations (Phoenix)
Sasha began her career with KTS 12 years ago as an Outside Sales Rep. After quickly expanding KTS’s customer base, she began focusing her efforts on supporting the technicians and communicating with clients. She’s mastered several roles within KTS and now oversees Office operations, including finance and HR. She’s proud of her administrative contributions to policies and procedures throughout the years. She enjoys spending time with her three young children.

Tony – Owner
Tony is a third-generation diesel technician with almost 30 years of experience. He and Krz started KTS in 2009 with a truck and a desire to make a living for his family. He enjoys helping others and seeing people succeed. He’s most proud of his four children, and when not at work, he enjoys camping, bike riding, 4x4ing, and building Legos.

Krz, a second-generation diesel mechanic with over two decades of hands-on experience, has been an integral part of KTS Enterprise since starting it in 2009, having diligently navigated through every role within the company. His expertise not only underscores KTS’s reliability in the diesel repair industry but also highlights a deep-rooted commitment to excellence that resonates throughout the organization. Krz embodiment of core values is evident both in his professional endeavors and personal pursuits, where he enjoys mountain biking and motorcycle riding.
